Your Skills & Experience

You will have a minimum of six years’ experience of managing and growing high value accounts across either Agencies or Corporate organisations and have an excellent knowledge of the online market research industry and research process.

It is essential that you can demonstrate your experience of how to plan for achieving your targets, the strategies you have identified to grow and deal with the risks in your accounts, the execution of your plan and the results creating high value opportunities across organisations.

Service is at the heart of our business, so a passion for exceeding client expectations is essential.

The Role

You will be a prominent member of staff and play a key part in growing our business by expanding our existing client base through Account Management, growing high value accounts and forging long term relationships.

You will also manage the project workflow and have the commercial responsibility to ensure we maximise operational efficiency and deliver high quality research. Prioritisationand task management is key for this fast- paced role, enabling us to deliver an exceptional service to our clients. As a senior member of the team you will be expected to support and coach other team members across our business.
